Delete your Blox account

You can delete your Blox account and its data at any time, from inside the game or by email. This applies to the Blox website, the browser game and the Blox apps for iPhone and Android.

Delete it in the game (instant)

  1. Open Blox (the app, or bloxpuzzle.com/play) and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap Menu (☰ in the top-left corner).
  3. Tap Account, next to your points at the top of the menu. (If it says Sign in, sign in first with the code we email you.)
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This can't be undone.

Or ask us by email

If you can't open the game, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Blox account”, from the email address you signed in with, so we know the request comes from you. We delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, sign-in details and display name.
  • Your scores, submitted moves and points for weekly tournaments, and your places on leaderboards.
  • Your league and league group history.
  • Groups you own, your invite links and codes, and your membership of other players' groups.
  • Any reports linked to your account.

What may be kept

  • Server logs kept by our hosting providers for security (IP address, time of request) are removed automatically on their normal schedule, usually within a few weeks.
  • Backups of the database, where our hosting provider keeps them, expire on a rolling basis within 30 days.
  • Progress saved on your device (levels finished, settings) is stored only on that device. Remove it by clearing the site data in your browser or uninstalling the app.
  • Ad data held by Google is controlled by Google: see My Ad Center. On phones you can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
